The Sauna Mamas believe in the healing power of heat, cold and social connection. At the Vyner St Bathhouse we provide a social space for people to focus on their health and make some new connections with others. Our space is inspired by the historic bathhouses of the East End and draws on many other sweat practices and traditions from around the world The bathhouse is a space to take time out to connect with your self, your health and others through the healing powers of heat and cold and the joy of the ritual of sweat bathing and cold plunging. Whether you are just seeking a moment of peace, fancy an alternative space to hang out with your friends, or want to experience something new, come along... all are welcome!
